Matt is the campus minister / chaplain for RCF at the Univ. of Rhode Island. He has over 20 years experience in working with college students, and he holds a Doctor of Educational Ministry (D.Ed.Min.) degree in biblical counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
